We called to confirm our appointment an hour and a half before driving to their location. The first thing we noticed when we got there was that their office smelled like a sewer. We were seated and were there for 15 to 20 minutes before we were notified that the car we came to look at had been sold “earlier in the day.” The car was nowhere on the lot. If it had just sold they would still be there filing paperwork. Total bait and switch! They offered us other cars priced higher. Unfortunately we will never go back here.

Thank you to Justin who was very helpful in helping us find the perfect minivan. He went over every detail of the vans for us and helped us work through different financing options to find the right choice for us. He even made it a fun experience for my 2 year old. 10/10 would recommend And would definitely return in the future for another car!

From Indiana, done mostly on the phone. Dealt with Justin and he was very informative and helpful in every way . When we arrived , he was there waiting on us ( on his day off !) Had the truck out , cleaned and ready for a test drive. He even arranged to have our rental returned for us. Have really enjoyed the truck we got there so far . Thank you
