the warranty and service
I worked with Brandon today and he was beyond awesome! He was patient and respectful, listened to my concerns as we hunted down, literally test drove half a dozen, and found the perfect car for my budget. At no time did I feel pressured and he walked me through pros and cons of each car and its effect on my family with safety, budget along with features I wanted and needed. Highly recommend this dealer and their commitment to treating people fairly and kindly.
These folks were terrible to work with. I had to hound them to get any real numbers, and the sales associate Kim said she was waiting on her manager Mike, when he finally returned my call he said he didn't know anything about the deal. I suppose it's because I was from out of state, but they were unwilling to make any sort of deal, not even a $300 concession because the $40k+ truck didn't have floor mats! They just wasted my time.
Justin and John have been great! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I would recommend visiting them at any point that you are in the market for a car!
Had an amazing experience today at VanDevere. Particularly impressed with the service level provided by Mitch DiMauro! We felt comfortable the entire time, and he thoroughly informed us of all details through every step of the process. Can’t recommend him highly enough!
