If you don’t mind the smell of trash in the hallways even when there is no trash to be seen. Building has potential. Trash is a huge problem, building is really dark inside and just feels depressing. Tulsa downtown is lacking a lot. Property agent was really nice and knowledgeable. She’s doing the best with what she’s working with. I definitely don’t love the bathrooms in any of the apartments owned by this property company.

Nothing luxury about it. The hallways always smell like trash because everyone leave their trash outside their door because Vandever lofts doesn’t have an adequate trash system. They have like a total of like 8 parking spots that you have to pay separately for monthly so expect a lot of parking tickets for parking in front of your home. The mail room has no security, random people can come in take whatever package they want and walk out with nothing to stop them. Been here about 3 years. It’s pretty okay. The staff are cool. But can be dishonest about stuff, I feel like. Maintenance requests get done…. But require a lot of follow up. My neighbor was offered a window installed in his apartment. Then they told me I could have one… then never actually did it and made me follow up for two years before finally going back on their word and not installing a window into my unit (most don’t have windows that open).
