I've lived here for over a year now and so far its been a great experience. Had a random toilet issue, on-hand maintenance tech came within 25 minutes and fixed it. They're also always trying to find ways to spruceot up, adding cute chairs and rugs on every floor to make it "homey." Always a flyer talking about an event or something posted in the elevators which I think is in good culture. Valet trash is alwaysss a plus. Cute lobby and decent gym.
