I had my roof replaced by Vanderprise LLC after Hurricane Debbie, and overall, they did a great job. Adam, the salesman, was awesome. He answered my calls right away every time — and that might seem small, but good customer service is a big deal to me, and he definitely delivered. Gordon really knew his stuff. Vanderprises has been awesome to work with, from start to finish! After significant roof damage from a storm, I had a very hard time finding a roofing company that was honest and upfront. My insurance company became difficult to work with, and several other companies gave up and left me stranded. Vanderprises was the only company that was willing to go above and beyond and engage with the insurance company long enough to make sure it was handled appropriately. I really enjoyed the whole process with repairing my roof from the start to finish Donald was great He was the individual who was elected to complete the work that was agreed to be done… Very prompt for work showed up 20min early and for right to work… Although the weather restricted the work to be completed the first day Donald at ill made sure our Roof was completed the enough to ensure no more leaks I was very appreciative of that… If I have anymore work in the future that needs to be performed I will definitely be callin... read more
