I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla from Vandergriff Toyota. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service. The sales team was friendly and helpful. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. I did not feel pressured by the sales man, they were willing to work with me and give me the best deal for my money. I will continue going to this dealership for all my service needs and routine maintenance.
Steve DeWitt and Craig Marquis were so helpful when I went in looking for a new car. I hadn't purchased a new car in a very long time but they made the process quick and painless! Craig helped me choose the exact car to meet my needs. He listened to my concerns and desires and was able to satisfy me a way no other sales person was able to that day! I walked in and saw my dream car and the Salesman was awesome. I bought the car off the Showroom floor. So needless to say I am very happy and the experience was great!!
Went into dealership for an oil change, noticed that I had a nail in my tire. Asked my service rep Corey Copely if I could get this tire plugged. He said it would not be possible to plug tire but I should buy a new one for $120.00. On my lunch break at work a few days later I found a tire store "Latino" and they said they can plug it for me no problem for $5.00, and when I am ready to buy a new one I can buy one there for $62.00.
