Poor service. Advertising fake. Online appointment sucks not good at all. Schedule a loaner car two weeks in advance if you want one. You have to tell them to wash your vehicle after servicing. Bad Communication. Car Care package no good.

We have been trying to contact them for a recall on my Chevy HHR. We get the run around on the phone the sent to voicemail. The one time my husband spoke to an actual person he said his computer was broken and would call back. That never happened. We have tried at least three times to contact them...and why would I buy a vehicle from you?
Online sales is horrible. Bought new Tahoe online. Had appointment to take delivery.traveled 300 miles and they sold the vehicle before I arrived. Vandergriff Chevrolet has no respect for your time or expense even when you have a signed buyers agreement, approved financing, and a huge cash down payment. Please do not deal with these people.
I bought my first new car yesterday and I have to say, IT IS AMAZING. I am very very pleased w my '14 Cruze and was very satisfied with the customer service. They were able to beat the other dealership I was going to purchase at as well as get me better intrest! :) I couldn't be happier! Ps. I worked with Justin as my salesman (hes awesome) & Cotton as my finance guy(very informative).
