I had scheduled a group stay of 22 people to stay at this facility. We originated in Chicago, and planned to stay there. After a flight cancellation, we were no longer able to stay, and there was no room at all for them to work with us for a reimbursement, even a partial one. They were however, happy to reschedule us for a different day. It was very sketchy treatment and the manager, Tom, was quite rude when trying to reschedule. I exercise at the Y and love it there! What a resource to have in my neighborhood.
