The room was smaller then expected and staff was rude I felt like I was a county jail
Worst customer support ever. I had to sent over 10 mails, write in facebook, twitter, instagram just to get a lousy answer. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Great location, walking distance to Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central, and other iconic places. There's also a 24/7 CVS pharmacy on the same block. The room was tiny, but the price was fair and reasonable. As a solo female traveler, I felt perfectly safe here.
