I've met my doctor once, who seems nice, and the rest of my communication has been via office staff and nurses. When I call to ask questions I'm treated like I'm arguing. I'm not upset at anyone or anything so I know my tone is normal. Any question about care or clarifying what I been told is met with scolding and a bad attitude. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Manda. During an appointment in December, I waited alone in the exam room for 48 minutes before he came in. My fianc� and I actually timed it because my first visit had also been unprofessional. I was diagnosed with POTS and other conditions previously but I felt the only solution offered was more medication.
