I was born with a heart defect. When I went to Vanderbilt Heart I knew I was st the right place. Everyone was respectful and kind and my care was excellent.
What has happened to your staff....Your secretaries etc.The ones over the waiting rooms to see that patients are waited on....What ever happened to these young ladies having manners ?...If a patient reports being mistreated in a way by these people then they return only to be mistreated by your staff...People are not so Ignorant that they cannot see what is going on by your staff...I have thought about bringing other people with me with recording devices so that I can prove how ignorant your staff is...I have worked in a Tra... read more
