Took great care of our daughter who needed tubes placed in her ears. Dr. July OBrien and all staff were super nice.
I’ve been trying to get help with a serious concern about our surgical experience, through the “patient relations” office. What a joke. Nobody answers or returns calls. Several voicemails left. There is no zero for operator instructions either as stated on the webpage in order to speak with an administrator.
Horrible experience with Dr Filipina Schnabel. She performed a tongue tie revision, with only sugar water at 5 weeks. I was told this would be a 5 minute fix and he would be able to nurse immediately. My son was brought back to me after surgery with the most horrifying screams. His tongue looked like a filleted fish and was slit from side to side and black from the silver nitrate. It did not have the “diamond shape” that I was told to expect, it was entirely white annd black underneath his whole tongue, with no diamond slit.... read more
