Absolutely ZERO reason for you to EVER call a parent of a child to reschedule an appointment, Especially not when you want to change it to two months after your appointment date. It's pathetic we have to wait months for an appointment as it is, but to have reschedule due to YOUR error is unacceptable.

Had an ultrasound appointment for my son today and I’ve wasted my entire day waiting for the appointment. And then in the end they tell me that they didn’t have that specific ultrasound procedure for my son.
This place is absolutely AMAZING!! My 7-year old granddaughter had her tonsils & adenoids removed on Monday AM 1/8/24, my daughter & I were so impressed with every single staff member from the moment we both arrived! The front desk personnel were absolutely amazing & friendly, along with every single caretaker, nurse, doctor that handled her care!
