Don’t waste your time!! Horrible service, seem to be an inconvenience! We will never go back to this place. Kroger and CVS urgent care are much better, even with children! I would rather see a NP anyway! The MD was a joke!
Our experience was awful. The staff was non caring, barely examined my grandchild. We were told to keep him suctioned and alternate Motrin and Tylenol. The staff was busy watching the Titans game.
Everyone was extremely friendly, we were seen quickly, and the care was thorough and all questions answered. Very happy, and will return when we need care for our littles!
Absolute amazing staff! They were so caring and also very quick. Explained exactly what was occurring and how they were going to treat it. I highly recommend this place.
Great option for after hours pediatric care. My toddler had a non-emergency laceration that needed stitches and the staff was attentive and quick to minimize his trauma. Terrible night for a worried mom but so glad we took him there instead of one of the other "fast" urgent care clinics.
Unfortunately, everything will be "viral" when it's not.
I cannot believe how much I was charged. Hundreds to be told it was a virus and hundreds to get drops for pink eye. I will not be back. Everyone be warned!!! CVS would have been $40!!!! Absolutely ludicrous and such a shame.
Really wish I had known this was a specialist. I would have gone any of the other urgent care offices in the area.
