To all those in charge here: I came on Friday night, November 8th, to have my twin children examined. They have a rash all over their bodies. The staff member present examined them, and please excuse me for not calling him a doctor at all. When we met him in the examination room, he seemed bewildered and lost focus. He didn't diagnose my children. Strangely, I told him twice that he hadn't heard their heartbeats and wasn't examining them properly. He said, "I think I did." I told him, "No, you didn't." We are so thankful for this clinic. It has saved our first time parent sanity many times, between upper respiratory infections, flu and head injuries. They have always been so kind. It can be kind of a wait but it is to be expected when there may only be two drs working and 3-4 kids.
I don’t do reviews. In fact, this is the first time I've ever left one. I sent my husband here with my child when she was sick. She was working too hard to breathe and our home pulse ox showed low oxygen. I wasn’t sure if it was accurate. The doctor said nothing about her lungs or her SpO2, said it’s the virus making her breathe that way (duh), and sent her home only for us to land in the ER several hours later with even lower oxygen levels. We had a great experience here with our girls. Ebony was at the front desk and so friendly. My girls loved her. She even gave them a snack and water! The nurse we saw was lovely and kind. Dr. Woolery was very patient, kind, and thorough. Will definitely come back when we need after hours care.
