The doctors nurses and other people at this hospital are so kind and helpful I feel comfortable when I’m there, knowing that they are going to take good care of me.
Waited 4 months to get appointment. Drove 2 hours to see Dr Watford. My insurance was checked at 8:09 am on day of appt 2/20/2020 for 8 am. Pre authorization was not completed. I have KY BCBS insurance. Solution was to pay 100 percent out of pocket and not even know what tests would be requested. Did not want to go down that financial spiral on top of already high medical bills. Left with out service or plan on what to do for help.

❤❤❤ this place. My doctors are the best!! I love Ken Watford and Robert Labadie!! they've been wonderful and so helpful. I was so desperate for some real answer and symptom management and thankfully somebody recommended that I try these guys at Vanderbilt!❤ they have basically saved my life!
