I have stayed in a property managed by Vandelay Group and had a great experience. Jeff and his team took great care of the property and were prompt in their service. I am moving back home to Chicago, but if I were looking for an apartment to rent if I returned to MIlwaukee, I would not hesitate to rent from Vandelay Group.
I’ve rented from Vandelay for 7+ years, and would highly recommend. Besides their straightforward and responsive approach, they also make a conscious effort to keep rent increases relatively reasonable (and sometimes outright generous). Eventually my wife and I will relocate, but for the time being we like renting from Vandelay.
In my 5+ years with Vandelay, they have always been extremely responsive when something requires immediate attention. Big shout out to handyman Brian who has followed covid safety protocol while also attending to issues in an extremely timely manner. Would definitely recommend renting from Vandelay!
