My Vandelay rental is gorgeous, well maintained and my experience with Jeff, Michael and the full Vandelay team has been positive and professional. They respond promptly to requests for service, have an easy-to-use app for managing payments and communications and helped me find an outside-the-box solution for dealing with a noisy neighbor. Friends love my current place and its historic touches and accents. My housing needs have changed and my family is moving into another Vandelay property this fall. I recc Vandelay 💯.
I have stayed in a property managed by Vandelay Group and had a great experience. Jeff and his team took great care of the property and were prompt in their service. I am moving back home to Chicago, but if I were looking for an apartment to rent if I returned to MIlwaukee, I would not hesitate to rent from Vandelay Group.
