Very happy with my 2017 Chevrolet Equinox and my entire experience at the dealership. From the moment I walked in i felt very comfortable, and truly felt my salesperson, Brad, had my best interest in mind. I am very happy with the guys at the Appleton dealer, Dennis and Dan. Last year had trouble starting our Dodge Journey, every so often. Kept it for about a week. It ended up being a faulty battery. They always have a rental car available when needed. Always a pleasure to talk and work with.
The service team has always been friendly and helpful. They also go the extra mile and accommodate the customer. My family has been going here for over 10 years and have chosen them over closer dealers.

Another service done half way. Had a coolant flush done on Thursday and on Saturday the coolant low fill coolant came on across the dash information. Not to say I'm in Escanaba on my way to Marquette to see my son graduate from NMU when this happens and no garage is open. I wrote an email with no response. I called the service department with nothing but a answering machine. Finally after 3 hours total, 45 minutes after leaving the message Jared who wasn't working called me back. Bought a brand new equinox from here in 2012. Fouled out spark plug twice. Took it there the second time and it costed $230 just to change plugs and they still didnt even figure out the cause. $10 per spark plug... ridiculous. $174 for labor in changing 4 plugs.

I just want to take a minute to point out the wonderful work that the Vande Hey Brantmeier Collision Center does. A few months back I got backed into and I had my car fixed at Vande Hey. Not only did they fix my caved in door, but also matched the paint perfectly to the rest of the vehicle with no trace of there ever being an accident. Very good work and I am more than pleased and impressed. (Before and after pictures in the comments)
