I had rotator cuff surgery done at Highland Park Hospital on 7/3/18. Everything this woman did to me, had to be re-done! My neck catheter (for 3 days of post-op pain meds) must have been inserted incorrectly. Nurses noticed it was bleeding all over me prior to surgery, so it had to be re-anchored by Dr. Kulkarni, and of course it did not deliver the pain medicine to my arm, but instead just made my chin and neck numb for the next 3 days.
