For posterity: this happened in the Corona virus outbreak. I broke my set of glasses which had been purchased elsewhere before I moved to Vandalia. I called Vandalia Optometry per a recommendation from a coworker, and found they were open and doing a parking lot service. I came by, called, 15 minutes later my glasses were re-strung and set (the glasses that don’t have the frame at the bottom), new nose pads, and tightened to once again fit my head. Me and my son had an appointment together today. Dr. Davisson was so sweet and patient. He was wonderful with my kiddo, and very down to earth. Didn’t mind my early appointment after all! ;)
