I had to call them every time to find out when I could have my car. 0.5 Star : Customer Service I had to call State Farm to assist me. Ben the manager called me and said he had called Hertz rental and was going to send them a check to cover $250 of my $550 out of pocket expense for the rental car. That was 12/15. To date I have not received a credit from Hertz. Where do I go from here? Try to track down Ben? Why don?t y... read more
5 Star : My Experience The initial wait time to get my car in took 6 weeks however, on I dropped my car off it was done the following day. Great work and great turn around.
