Dr Steiner continues to be a fine clinician and real person. It was a well conducted 100+ day followup appointment. Thanks for your skills and your manner!
Every member of the staff from office to nurses to surgeon were very thorough and sincere and genuinely friendly and very willing to answer any concerns. Any anxiety was addressed and rescheduled appointment handled with thoughtfulness.
Great people across the board
The surgery went well. The staff was friendly and concerning. The staff answered any questions I may have had. Would recomme.d them to any one who would need that type of surgery.
Catherine was great to work with during testing. Dr Steiner was good but an hour wait between end of preliminary tests and seeing doctor is unacceptable. This wait time meant I was unable to go back to work today. Our time is valuable as well!
