Sold a vehicle out from under me. Watched it more than a week out from delivery and communicated with sales only for them to sell it the day it arrived. “Nobody wants a manual” no, no one can get their hands on one.
I am so grateful for the service department. My ram work truck had a warranty issue. I bought my truck elsewhere. And I regret that I did not buy it from them. They took care of all the warranty stuff. And made me a priority so I could get back to work. Van campen is going to be my new service center.
Usually my go to shop but this last time I felt like a bother. It seems like they basically held my car for 3 weeks and gave it back to me in slightly worse condition then they received it. Lol. On the upside customer service is always superb! Bobby is a sweet heart and the mechanics seem to always answer all my questions and work with me financially. Steer clear of Van Campen! Once they get your sale, you’re on your own. They sold me a Jeep with a known electrical issue. Despite having my Jeep for 3 days they cannot fix the issue. They just shrug their shoulders & say they can’t do anything about it. The car will shut off while I’m doing 60 on the highway, leaving me without the ability to control the car. Pretty scary.
