Service is fantastic
Jon is awesome guy. He is very patient and is willing to work with his customers.
Don't recommend this place for service, had my car there for recalls. Less than 200 miles check engine light came on, seat they tore apart to fix they didn't assemble it back correctly, replaced the original bolt with after market bolt and left original laying on floor. And someone spilled coffee on my floor. I have pictures of it all. Now I get to tear it all back apart and fix it properly. Plastic cover on outside of passenger seat was not placed on properly now the front is not even attached, I'll replace bolt with origin... read more
I would definitely recommend Van Campen when buying a new vehicle. They're straight forward and honest. Mike Wolfe was easy to work with, and Josh Van Campen made sure I got the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. Moving forward, Van Campen will be the 1st place i look when it's time to update my wife's vehicle or buy a vehicle for my son who's graduating soon.
Van Campen is a dishonest business, my car was there in August for a recall. I got it back a month later driving it home and the check engine light came on. I even called Van Campen they said they didn't cause the problem. Now after spending money after money chasing down the problem that van Campen denied from the fuel tank replacement. Maybe next time they will change all the fuel lines and the rusted connectors, maybe fuel line puts them back on right instead of a cink in the middle of the fill line.
