Julie was extremely helpful, attentive, and very responsive. We enjoyed working with her and her husband. We were purchasing from out of state and they went out of their way to help with questions and extra things that needed to be done when we weren't there. It made the process much smoother. Thank you Julie!
VanBeek Realty is absolutely wonderful. I'm very appreciative to work with Julie and her team; they provided ample support in my first homebuying experience, and made the whole process frictionless and enjoyable. I'd highly recommend them for anybody looking to buy or sell in North Florida. Drew Quigley

Very pushy. (No Julie, not a bot) Real For Sure. We are a real family as well as business owners in the Gainesville area. Helping others with Honest feedback (one star unfortunately is very fair for the behavior we experienced)
