I would encourage anyone considering this business to do their research before visiting. During my visit, I had an uncomfortable experience involving an individual who appeared to be spending time outside the establishment in a black Maserati. Absolutely the worst experience I ever had at a salon. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. But she was a little rude, no biggie. We all have a bad day. But, good lord, she was so rough. Used the drill to grind off some lifting acrylic for so long it got too hot and I had to jerk my hand away. Then roughly pushing away my cuticle. Been going here for years! Let alot slide.. Rude and doesn't acknowledge long term customers. The gel polish is definitely mixed with something to stretch it out, it chips after a day everytime! Vanna the owner top nail tech doesn't want to be held accountable for her mistakes. I had one nail that needed to be fix from a few days ago , she looked at me without acknowledging to help even though she knew I was coming. Pedicures aren't even worth it she does the minimal that's why you don't get a tip
Empty salon should of been my 1st clue, but no i continued in. They had to bring hot water to tub. Crazy. Chairs were uncomfortable. But all in all pretty clean place. And gal was nice.
