So, it's Saturday, Thanksgiving weekend. Mid afternoon! Went out to blow leaves and there's water flowing/gushing at our meter... a river at the curb! We immediately shut off the water in the house. Called Cobb County water and was lucky that the emergency employee on call happened to live a few blocks away. He detected the leak, and advised that it was ours, not theirs. Great service! Van responded quickly to my call and came out same day to replace a shower valve cartridge. He was professional, very knowledgeable, genuine and a kind person. I will definitely call him again for my next plumbing needs and highly recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing repairs.
I'm really grad I reached out to Van. He a very nice, genuine, and knowledgeable guy. He went above & beyond to get me an out-of-date replacement part as opposed to pushing a solution I didn't need.
Highly recommend Van the Plumber. He is professional and will arrive on time. Our shower leak was repaired quickly & he corrected the sink & shower hot/cold connections in both bathrooms because they had been installed wrong. Prices are reasonable. Van & 5 Stars
