Huron Heights Apartments in Ypsilanti MI is a horrible place to live. The rent here is $1525 for a two bedroom apartment. Everything is old rusty moldy and outdated. This apartment wasn’t ready when I moved here in October of 2025. The appliances are old dirty and rusty and should have been replaced before I moved here. The dishwasher has never worked. Cambury Hills Apartments and Van Rooy Properties Omaha, NE complex is a complete dump and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The office manager Penny D. is very dishonest and underhanded. Penny comes off as someone who is trying to help you as long as you allow her to be in your personal business. Penny will then ask you to make a review on the property before you settle in to see the bigger picture. This property only looks good in the front of the complex and inside the management office.
