Seychelle was amazing! She swooped in and helped me ready a condo that a previous agent had listed with moldy air vents, damaged floor, dirty carpets, smelly, and a slew of other issues I didn't realize. The listing had already been discounted 2 times in 180 days and not one offer. After investing time and money in these fixes, the condo sold 3 weeks later.
