New dentist was very nice and hygienist was very thorough and pleasant.
Jena did an excellent job cleaning me teeth. I know because I have had vast experience sitting in the chair of many hygienist over the years. I hope she will stay at this location.
Hygienist didn't introduce herself to me. And this is the first time in my life I've had a teeth cleaning but didn't get my teeth polished. Also, she kept looking at the x-rays to figure out where to scrape. I did not leave this appointment with the same feeling of clean teeth as I used to.
many of the questions on the survey aren't germane since i didn't have and medical discussions, no decisions were made, nothing for me to have trust in. I haven't needed to schedule an urgent appointment so I'm unsure how easy that would be to schedule. i have always had excellent service previously and in fairness you should have a choice of Not Applicable in the survey so i could pick those for items that aren't applicable. The only issue I can see is there is no call or preappointment reminder. You need to work on this. A week out and then a day out would work well. I got notified the afternoon before the appt and then the next day after the appointment was over with. Music would be good to go along with Jennas's drilling. Rock to the beat of the drill.
Dr. Marvel exudes confidence, professionalism and caring. On my first visit with Dr. Marvel as a new patient exam, she went above and beyond expectation. After the exam, she voluntarily took extra time to fit my night guards my previous dentist could never manage to get to fit right. Glad to know Dr. Marvel. Had a great, thorough cleaning with an x-ray to check a trouble spot PLUS an educational component (which I thoroughly enjoyed) with hygienist, "Heidi," too!
Your hours are difficult for professional people.
