It's never fun to have to find yourself in a skilled nursing facility, but the team at "the Care Center on Hazeltine" made a 6 week agressive I.V. antibiotic program not only tolerable but comfortable and pleasant. I counted down the time to leave but in the end I was so comfortable I considered extending a few days to transition after the battery of antibiotics. Good clinic, good employees. My husband is always clean, they feed well, they take good care of him, they even do physical therapy.

The loving care shown by the staff was extremely crucial in helping my brother during his rehabilitation. They are professional and patient. Charmaine, the social worker, was extremely helpful in supporting the needs of my brother. Christopher, Mike, Juliette... and the entire staff will give the care your loved one needs. Thank you!
