Dr. Nyugen is incredibly knowledgeable. She explained the disease process happening, showed me my images from MRI and talked about the recommended plan of attack. She was great at answering questions. Dr. Nyugen is thorough but isn’t going to waste time. She is direct and has the right amount of confidence and concern. The day of the procedure- she took time to reiterate the plan to me. Three days after my procedure, SHE CALLED me….on a Sunday to check in on me. Dr. Nguyen really understands the problem and has provide direction as to what I can do now and going forward. She is the most personable Doctor I have experienced to date. Glad I found her.
She is a nice warm physician, that explains things, in detail. All you need to do is ask the questions. She asks before even leaving the room, if you have any further questions, and if so just ask or call at later date. She is a very informative physician, and caring as well . 👏😀
