Amazing customer service and honest mechanics.
We've been using this shop for over a decade. They are honest and trustworthy. I know how hard it is to find a good mechanic. We have put all our vehicles in their hands and they've never failed us in any way. Trust Jim and Van Ness Auto. Highly recommended. Impeccable service.
These guys lack communication amongst each other and the customer. I had my cooling system checked and they couldn't find the problem. The following day I just happened to check my coolant in the radiator and Reservoir and what do you know ?..it's empty?????
I would recommend anybody see Jim and James and Mike and the staff.They do quality work for a reasonable price.
Car was there over 1.5 weeks to diagnose and repair steering rack and have 4 tires and alignment placed. Car sat under large pine tree when it was not being worked on. Sap found all over car. Damage found to all 4 rims and large dent in bumper. New Manager. Young kid. Disrespectful
