I thank these wonderful doctors for saving my life but my adventures are very limited because of the LVAD (swimming) but im alive to see another day keep up the good work!!

I have been in CPMC at 1101 Van Ness Ave. four or time during the summer of 2023 and in March 2022. Each time I was treated very well. I was there half the month of June and most of July 2023, after have a transplant surgery. I can not name all the Physicians or Medical staff. To mention anyone would not be fail to all. The staff was so good to me. There were a few times I was not the nicest patient, but staff rolled with it. Thank you CPMC so much for getting my life back in order and making me healthy again.
My doctor here is really good but Sutter Pacific medical megagroup is terrible, and has started committing billing scams. They tried to charge me an office visit fee BEFORE a 100% covered, 100% preventative annual checkup. I had my insurance call them to find out what scam they were trying, they put the insurance rep on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on them. Surprise surprise, the fee disappeared. But after the visit they billed for a whole additional visit (with an office visit fee) on top of the preventative care visit ... read more
