Way too overpriced for the worst service in Issaquah and absolutely horrible nail art. They couldn’t manage doing my French so I came in for one color. Still a trashy experience where sales pressure was so high I was basically forced to explain they’re too bad at acrylics for me to let them do that to me and I couldn’t pay they enough to do good acrylic or nail art begin with. Just bad people skills and nail art skills and for the price it’s just extra annoying.

We had appts for 3 manicures at 10am. Only Tina was there, she's amazing! We waited 20 minutes for another technician to arrive, lots of waiting!! The whole process for 3 manicures and 1 pedi took an hour and a half. Tina and Dao are incredibly talented... this is a scheduling problem! If you don't have enough staff, you should not agree to the appts. We made our appointments a week ago. Hopefully this will improve because I've been coming to Van's for years.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this salon. I had an appointment a few hours before closing for an acrylic set and a pedicure. During my visit, one of the technicians was having intense sneezing fits and was clearly unwell. She wasn't wearing a mask, wasn't covering her mouth, and was sneezing into her hands while working on clients — extremely unsanitary and concerning. I went in to get a gel manicure and my manicurist Dao did a FANTASTIC job. However, there was somebody behind a room divider who was loudly face-timing or watching videos the whole time and it was incredibly disruptive and distracting. The TV was on but was essentially on mute. I luckily was in and out pretty quickly as I came with clean nails, otherwise I would’ve said something.
