Came in looking for a replacement cartridge and was promptly greeted by Danny and he found the exact replacement and it worked great.
Needed to replace 22 yr old shower cartridge. When I got into it, had to drill out, so old. Looked like nothing I ever seen. Went to Van Marcke plumbing new location on Blue Diamond. Zach looked at the old part (always take the parts). Uh oh is what Zach said. It was an old Price Pfister, no name on anything but he knew. He had one but not the handle. He gave me names of where I might find it. He is so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service!! By the way I’m female 76 and still do my own repairs. Thanks Zach
It’s all to good I got help from the blond guy but the other one that he’s Lacey. He’s always sitting down if you ask a question he answers wotb bad manners I hate that kind of costumer service from him. it’s like light and dark if I compare bot. I’m a plumber and always when I’m close to that store I’m like wanna go somewhere else instead of going there.
