Had everything lined up with different rental company, and they didn't have the van for me when I showed up to pick it up. Luckily, Van Man was right down the street! They were super responsive on phone and text and helped me get set up with a vehicle! Shout out to Van Man!

Van Man came through for me and my family at the "very last minute." We had reserved a van from Enterprise (weeks prior to the trip) only to find out on the day of travel that it was "not" available. I had never heard of Van Man and did not believe it was a legitimate company because of the simplicity of the process. But it IS a real company and the ease of the process will encourage me to use them again!! Thanks Van Man - you were a life saver for us.
