We caught Ken twice, stealing our water without asking and filling up his entire system finally caught him the second time during the middle of it, and he had no response. He thought that no one was home, so that was his excuse of why he was able to use our water to fill his jug I don’t know how many other times he had done this and we haven’t caught him, but this is not part of the contract and I would highly recommend not using him ever again as he will definitely be using your water to spray other people‘s houses.
