Van Jackson Construction erected an addition to my house a few years ago. Within a year, I had leakage problems between the deck (which he also constructed) and the new room. The leakage resulted in damaged flooring. He also made a mistake connected the new roof to the old which resulted in the complete degradation of a portion of the existing roof.
