Great experience from start to finish.. Install crew was very professional and did a great job.. Extremely happy with our new windows and sliding door.. Highly recommend this company..
While we have purchased a couple of windows that we installed ourselves, this is the first time we've had Van Isle do the installation as well. We could not be more delighted. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was great, communication was excellent, and the finished product looks amazing. The crew that came to do the installation were friendly, so respectful of our home, left it cleaner than when they arrived (somewhat embarrassing!) and did a terrific job. Van Isle under-promised and over-delivered.
We just replaced windows and sliding doors from originals in our 1979 home. From the first meeting with Martin, with Lee on the measurement meeting, fine tuning the products, sizes and the financing and through the 4 days of the job, we were very impressed with the informative, competent, friendly, businesslike manner of all involved. I have good experience with this company, the work done was professional, delivery on time, and quickly. The price is reasonable, I got my six windows with triple panels done excellently. I would recommend this company.
Excellent service through the initial quote to the installation. Nate Wells was knowledgeable and excellent communicator. Prices were competitive and installation crew was fast and neat. We highly recommend!
