We had some windows and a sliding door installed recently. Sales rep assistance was very helpful, pricing was good compared to competitors and final installation went very smoothly.
I was seeking a window part that turned out to be particularly tricky for me to source. I reached out to Van Isle and they got back to me super fast. They managed to find the exact part and sold it to me at a very fair price. Thank you so much! I'll remember your business when it comes time to update our windows.
Asked a very simple question about if they did window screening while at a home show and was met with a very rude response instead of professional opinion which I was expecting. Would not recommend
Really easy to work with, and I'm thrilled with the windows. This is our second time with Van Isle, and both experiences were phenomenal. Clear consistent communication about timelines, quotes, and it was easy to choose the correct products since the explanations were given in a clear and concise manner. I can't get over how there was no clean up on our end to do, despite the windows being near basement level and probably requiring a lot of awkward fenagling!
Writing on behalf of my mom. My mom had 6 windows replaced today Sept 23rd. My mom was extremely impressed, said the workers were great, efficient and very friendly. One worker helped her by fixing the leg on her kitchen table, he brought out his tools and repaired the leg. She loves her new windows. On behalf of my mom, thank you very much. Highly recommend Van Isle windows
