I have dealt with them for years. Always exceptional service.
Looked all over Langford for replacement pool hoses that cracked from UV. A legend of a plumber at Andrew Sherrit spotted me and sent me to Van Isle Water. What a place. Got my hose for cheap plus they have high end pool equipment, fountains, low voltage landscape lighting... Wish I knew about this place sooner. the staff was amazing, I picked their brains about pool heating and power consumption, I love it when people know their stuff.
Knowledgeable, experienced staff, very helpful. I'm a retired homeowner with pool, fountain, sprinkler system and they have all I need. Pool water testing if buying your chemicals there, they'll create a profile on you and your pool. Try not to go at peak contractor times. Seems to be line up in middle of counter area, back a bit (like COVID times) and they'll call you up. Be patient, they are busy for good reasons, Eric N.
