My purchase experience with Mudeen was phenomenal. Fast forward to having service for my 2021 Palisade. Losing oil. $4k later, and 2 months later car is cutting off and driving rough. Losing oil! Now they want me to pay $700 for oil change and combustion clean. My parents have same year car make/model and we went to visit, and their car is doing the same thing!!!! Staff were not knowledgeable, wasted lot of our time and didn't show sales details at the time of selling. They didn't have time to answer our questions and didn't respond after taking delivery. The lady at back office hid the details and misled us to upsell extended warranty items without explaining the cost details. She couldn't explain the line items and hung up the phone call after 5 days of purchasing the call.
