My experience with Van Hyundai has been disappointing from start to finish. The dealership dropped the ball on multiple items during both the sales process and after the purchase. Commitments made at the time of sale were not handled properly, and follow-up service has been frustrating and inconsistent. Very bad customer service! Stay away, their manager Alex confirmed will resolve the issue of the gps which I bought with the car, I paid for it and never got it .and he is just talk without any action. And his manager ababola Abdulla emailed me a generic auto email, and I did email him back, and he never respond. You feel you dealing with a bunch of unprofessional crews and they all the same. Low ethics of business
I had a great experience at Van Hyundai today. The advisor helped me with my oil change and he was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated her professionalism and the way he kept me updated. Definitely five-star service.
