As I type this, I have been waiting for my car to be finished with its oil change for 2 and a half hours with no updates from my service advisor except for the recommended service, which I received an hour and 40 minutes after arriving. I have watched countless other customers come and go from the waiting area while my car sits unattended outside. By far the best dealership I've ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle. The process was easy from the beginning to the end. They treat you like family and take great care of you!

Be aware! If I could give this dealership a 0 star I would! Like everyone else, I take my credit istory seriously and once I had set my eye on a car at Van Hyundai (VH), Alex, the financial director negotiated a final price ONLY if I financed the vehicle through them (i already had approval fom my personal bank). Alex sounded very persuasive, so I opted to go with VH. I then received their standard application for credit, and after submitting my information, I got notice of VH's hard credit hit from Equafax.
