I have never been to a dealership with so many people just sitting around ignoring customers and trying to rob people blind. From trying to add $8k in dealer fees to a used car that true car and your own website stated $285. Selling us a lojack and not being able to install it until the "funds hit the office"? excuse me, we gave you 25k in cash and you already sold our trade in for 30k in under a week. Your sales manager promised a 2nd key. Which he would pay for himself if he had to, we just had to come back on a Thursday. ... read more
