Crystal handled everything and took me through everything step by step. They even cleaned my car inside and out when done. On time as predicted. Final price lower than estimate. RecommendedSales lady was very polite and informative. Any questions I had she helped with. Very nice experience. The financial person was nice but very pushy with all the extra warranties and protection plans they offer. Almost got up and walked out. Not a good experience.

Terrible customer service. Lied to us and and drove 2.5 hours to buy a truck. Then the truck we are going to trade in comes out of there shop with a service light on. Seems a little shady!!! Don’t do business here
