My niece bought a low mileage, 2 year old vehicle from your dealership.She purchased an extended warranty also. She has had the vehicle for 1 year. In July of this year, 2020, she noticed the clear coat peeling off in various locations! Brought it back and you told her the warranty was expired in time. Less than a week over the 3 years. She still has not reached the mileage limit. Told her there was nothing you could do! REALLY??
the experience of buying from this dealership was second to none. i have never experienced buying or leasing that was so easy in less than 2 hours i had my car and paper work was done. fantastic customer service from top to bottom. The finance girl was also fantastic cued me in on everything i needed to know. First time at Van Horn Hyundai and it was a fun but serious experience. Salesperson Toua greeted me , introduced himself and took us through the SUV. Gave me time to talk it over, no pressure and were out to please me in anyway. After I said yes Toua got it ready and prepped and I was on my way. Thanks Toua and A for making it so easy and fun. A+ rating!!! My experience took me through about week...My VanHorn Sales Rep Ivan E. worked diligently w/me through the whole process. Its been 15 years since I’ve been a serious car shopper, big decisions take time. He was patient, pleasant, and personable. He wasn’t pushy, but was helpful & honest, through the whole process/Red 2020 SENATA SEL. And to top it off, Ivan E. delivered it to my door, changed my plates, and explained all the new features to me. Wow!! Thanks VanHorn for a wonderful experience!!
