It was a great experience. Bruce let me know right away what needed to be done with the car and I had very prompt service. They gave me a loaner and within 5 minutes I was out the door. They let me know the costs of everything and kept me informed.
The service here is SUPERIOR. This is the only Chevy dealership that I will take any of my vehicles to. The body shop was very courteous and helpful. They set me up with a loaner car at no cost to me. I was treated very professionally and the repairs were done very quickly. Bruce was very helpful and on top of things. He kept in contact with me and made sure things got done quickly and correctly.
