It was an excellent experience. I was very taken with the service from Evan and how he was patient and worked with me to figure out everything I wanted and helped me to realize things i wanted that I didn't even know about.
We had a good buying experience and got a fair price on our used vehicle. They made sure all minor issues were corrected before we picked it up.
I will be back for future purchases. Jason was a good salesman and answered all of our questions. I would recommend to my family and friends.
I thought Wayne was wonderful and everyone here was really nice and everything was explained really well. And it was a really great experience and I would recommend others to Van Horn.
Most everything was fine. Also, didn't appreciate that the Xzilon adder made it on the offer sheet without us noticing but the finance agent did point it out after the fact. Also would prefer not to decline the offer for extended warranty 5 times.
great buying experience. we were interested in 3 cars and when we arrived all were up front with heaters going for a test drive. Evan was a great salesperson to work with and they rushed through paperwork to get us out quickly
Jason was great. All the sale people who worked with us was execellent and professional.
Noel janke did a great job selling us our first Silverado.
