So after buying a 2020 Chevy truck and driving it to fl. to deliver to my son only to find truck was repainted only after gas cap door fell off from just being glued on . Of coarse had a clean auto check report . Guess i got screwed my fault Guess they cant be trusted Buyers Beware of Van Horn Chevy

If I were to recommend Van Horn it would be their friendliness, knowledge and honesty of all their employees. Our sales person, Bryan Gutschow was great! We shopped around and weren't really sure if we wanted the car so we went home to think about for a couple days. Bryan made follow up call to us which pretty much sealed the deal.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Tahoe! I shopped nonstop for two days straight. I was set on a vehicle that wasn't even on the floor yet and Allyssa made it happen. She was honest on my first visit (looking for a used SUV), but I emailed and called and went back. She and the finance department had us in our new vehicle in time for our dinner reservation! She will be the first person I contact when I fall out of love with my Tahoe. Definitely worth the two hour trip!

After sending an email about a vehicle we were interested in I received an immediate response. I was then contacted by a great salesman who even called after hours to make sure we had the information we needed. They sent full details of the vehicle and finance information. We drove 3 hours to purchase it and were met by a great staff throughout the entire process. Everyone was very professional and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Edit to add - the car itself isn’t a problem. I love my car and the buying process was easy. Everyone in sales was amazing when I bought it and I highly recommend them, but do not get it fixed here. The service staff are the most ridiculous and incompetent people I have ever seen - credit to the service manager Tate for having to clean up their mistakes constantly. Every time I go there my car is messed up (broken water pump after they replaced a water pump, broken key fob after they dropped my car off, oil pooling out of my... read more
