I had my first experience with VEO last night after having my furnace malfunction leaving my family and I with no heat with one of the coldest weeks forecasted for the week ahead. Eli and Patrick volunteered their time and resources to assist us. During the repair they were very informative and explained every step of the process to my wife and I and shared some laughs along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a trustworthy energy company.
I have used VEO for about two years and never had an issue, never ran out of propane, they come like clockwork every month. Technicians and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. I am a very satisfied customer!

As new customer to Van Etten Oil I am thoroughly impressed with their service. I had used another provider for fuel oil but after a recent experience running out of oil and realizing my provider had no emergency oil delivery options, I researched companies and chose Van Etten Oil. Low and behold, due to the cold spring we’re having, we ran out of oil again yesterday. I reached out to Van Etten for an emergency delivery on Friday night at 6:30 pm. Always good experiences with VEO. Today I ran out of propane and contacted them . Someone was here with a delivery literally within an half hour. Any time, I have had any issues, they have responded very promptly. Service has always been excellent
