I have always had great service from VEO. Office administration and technicians are not just professional but friendly, considerate and helpful. I had an emergency with my boiler at 9:30 p.m. I called and left a message for the on-call technician. Jimmy called me back within 10 minutes and was at my house within an hour (only because he lived 45 minutes away). It only took Jimmy 30 minutes to fixed the boiler. I highly recommend VEO!
Yes I would the guy got here right away and filled up both tanks . His name was Robbie . Very nice and knowledgeable.
We have been a customer of VEO for three years and any issues we have had with our system they are here to help. Whether two in the afternoon or two in the morning. Paul and the office staff are very friendly and helpful.
