I would never recommend this company especially if the agent is Kisha Kana. She got us to do a lease purchase for the sale of our home and in the end we got $3500 out of it. Yes we got a down payment also but she was not at all clear as to what the complete outcome would be. She was only interested in what she would come out with. I am a very dissatisfied customer and do NOT recommend you use this agent. She had no idea how to work a lease purchase. Please save yourself the trouble and misery and do NOT use her.
