Andrew Dodds is delightful to work with. He's got a great sense of humor and a lot of experience. He gave us good advice on some tricky situations and negotiated fair terms regarding repairs and closing costs. He communicated regularly on every step of the process and promptly responded to our questions. We have worked with Van Dorm realtors on several residential property sales and purchases over the past 35 years. Every realtor has been great - we wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.
Nathaniel Dickison was an absolute headache to work with. Horrible communication skills and does not know how to listen to the desires & wishes of his clients. When we explained we were traveling across the county and needed some time to think about the offer we were harassed and pushed. When we explained that we still wanted him to hold the open house he wanted to give us every reason not to hold the open house and take the deal.
