He is by far one of my favorite physicians now. I needed a pre-op and ekg and he was so helpful and gentle with his communication I really felt glad I had chosen him.
This man is wildly unprofessional. He did not show up for my appointment (that I skipped work for) and then called me back at a time that did not work for me. When we finally did speak, he was rude and unapologetic. I spoke with him for less than 5 minutes over the phone and was still charged for a full regular in person visit! I disputed this charge and was denied. I am VERY displeased with my experience with Dr. Van der werf.
